12 Month Warranty

Garden Gizmo warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. The product must be used in accordance with accompanying recommendations or instructions where provided. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Garden Gizmo will will repair, replace or refurbish the product at its discretion, if it becomes defective during the warranty period. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. All costs involved in claiming this warranty, including the shipping costs, will be borne by you.

Requests for warranty claims must be sent by email. Please include your order details or other proof of purchase as well as an accompanying photograph to: helpdesk@gardengizmo.com.au. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
